a female employee of Smoothie King (12280 Houze Rd) filed a sexual battery complaint against a male co-worker, Steven Weatherford. The victim stated that Weatherford allegedly
grabbed and fondled her breast. After
reviewing the store surveillance video, managers terminated Weatherford.

Distribution of Oxycontin Published 05/24/10 Roswell GA-Operating on a no-knock search warrant, Roswell Narcotics officers executed the
warrant on 05/15/2010, 9:44pm at 512 Creekview Lane. Officers found cash, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and scales used in the distribution of drugs. Geoffrey Scott Campbell, 21, and girlfriend
Lauren Renee Sheffield, 19, were not home at the time of the police raid, but Sheffield was later arrested after turning herself
in. Undercover officers were
looking for Sheffield, after they allegedly observed her selling a large amount of the drug Oxycontin. When Lauren Sheffield was arrested she had 32 oxycontin

Drive called Roswell police on May 01, 2010 to complain about his neighbor. Another female witness told police that she saw her neighbor, 59 year
old Stuart Marc Cohen, bathing nude in his driveway with a garden hose. A male neighbor told police officers that Cohen has committed this behavior several times
in the past. When asked why
he was bathing nude, Cohen stated to police “I don’t know.” Stuart Cohen was charged with public indecency and released on copy.

Liberty Knoll. Three
Black male subjects had beaten and robbed a Hispanic male in front of his residence. The victim had blood covering his face and hands. He told police that a woman and two men beat him up,
took his bike, and cell phone. The
19 year-old female suspect is identified as Raynishia Reed, of Windridge drive in Sandy Springs. Reed and the two 16 year-old juveniles were arrested
and charged with battery and strong arm robbery. The victims bicycle and cell phone were recovered.

A taxi driver for Merellia Taxi was beaten and robbed by possible gang members in the area of 1275 Mission Hills Ct. The suspects called and requested the
victim’s taxi number specifically. When the driver arrived to pick up the suspects, he was beaten, threatened with a knife and robbed. Witnesses told police that two males and
two females entered the taxi and a white female walked up to the driver’s window and began to hit him repeatedly. 04/25/10-1:30am, A 17 year-old male and 15 year-old female juvenile
were walking in front of 11251 Greenhouse Drive (Greenhouse Apartments Leasing Office), when they were approached by a Black
male wearing a hooded sweatshirt. Two other Black males walked up and all three attacked the male victim and took $150.00 from his pants pocket. The suspects were Black males, around
5’ 09” tall and possibly in their twenties. 04/22/10-5:18pm, An ice cream vendor was robbed at knifepoint
at building 16 of 700 Old Holcomb Bridge Way. The victim told police that two Black males and a Black female beat him till he was almost unconscious. One of the suspects took $150.00 from
his left pocket. He was transported
to North Fulton Regional Hospital for treatment. 04/21/10-11:15pm,
A juvenile reported to police that two Black males saw him walking at 114 Old Holcomb Bridge Way and attacked him from behind. He was beaten and robbed of his ID cards
and $300.00. The suspects
were last seen fleeing towards the Woodcreek apartments. The victim was taken to North Fulton Regional Hospital.
Burglary 04/23/10 5:30pm Trans Environmental 1000 Holcomb Woods Parkway The front glass door was broken with a concrete figurine. Two laptops, an Apple and a Dell, were taken from an office. A silver key had been taken from a box
on the owner’s desk. All

Gang Activity Published 05/03/10 Roswell
GA-On 04/21/10, around 6:35pm, Roswell police officers patrolling 700 Old Holcomb Bridge Rd, witnessed an attempted stabbing. Five Hispanic males were seen chasing
a Black male. One of the
Hispanic males was described as holding a large knife and was about to stab him when he noticed the police car approaching. He quickly threw down the knife and began
to flee. After a brief chase,
two of the suspects were apprehended. The two admitted that they were acting in retaliation for an attack on one of their “homeboys’. They also admitted to being members of
the Roswell street gang “West Side Locos.” 18 year-old Ricardo Leon-Delgado of Wood Creek Trail in Roswell, and a 16 year-old juvenile were arrested
and charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction, and violation of the Georgia Street gang act. The knife which had a 15 inch blade was recovered and
placed into evidence.

05/03/10 Roswell GA-On the afternoon of 04/18/10, Roswell Police officers were dispatched to
the 11 building of the Greenhouse apartments in reference to a person stabbed. A 17 year-old male resident told police that his step father
stabbed him in the chest after an argument. The victim ran outside where two witnesses saw Desmond Provost chasing the juvenile. The witnesses told police officers that Provost told
them “he wouldn’t do his homework” and quickly left the scene. A warrant for aggravated assault was issued for Desmond Provost.

on Low Speed Pursuit Published 04/19/10 Roswell GA-Samuel C Creel Jr, 40, of Marietta was arrested for DUI
and eluding police on the early morning hours of 04/06/10. Creel was observed traveling westbound on GA 140 and allegedly failed to maintain his lane
several times. After attempting
to pull him over and a low speed pursuit, officers were able to deploy stop sticks in front of 591 Holcomb bridge Rd. The passenger tires of Creel’s vehicle
were flattened and he was removed and handcuffed. Samuel C Creel Jr was arrested and charged with failure to maintain lane, fleeing and eluding police,

Arson Call 04/07/10 2:18pm Child Development Association 89 Grove Way -On 04/07/10, three tree stumps were set on fire. The fire was reported as being 4 feet by 2 feet and over 50
yards from the rear of the building. There was no other property damaged other than the tree stumps, but the incident is being classified as an arson.
BP Gas Station Robbery Published 03/31/10 Roswell
GA-On 03/22/10, around 4:17am, police officers were dispatched to the BP gas station located at 10980 Crabapple Rd. A Black male wearing a thick blue coat,
blue pants and a mask over his head, broke a sliding glass door and gained entry to the business. He demanded that the cashier lay face down on the floor. The suspect took loose packs and cartons
of cigarettes and placed them into a black garbage bag. The whole incident was captured on surveillance cameras.

and told them to keep moving. When
the victim stopped at a stop sign, she could see the suspect raise the gun up again in her rear view mirror. Police were unable to find the suspect

after S.W.A.T. Standoff Published 12/07/09 Roswell GA-Roswell police officers arrested 24 year-old Dennario Nataye Wright at his residence
on 11/16/09. The incident
occurred around 1:33pm at 825C Park Ridge Lane. Wright had allegedly held two roommates hostage with his Glock 23 handgun. He was supposedly threatening their lives and his own. He was taken into custody after a short
standoff with Roswell SWAT officers. He is being charged aggravated assault and false imprisonment, two counts of each.

26, also of Roswell. The incident took place at 826 Park Ridge Circle in the Roswell Creek apartments. According to witnesses, Millan stabbed
Arroyo after the two had been drinking alcohol all night. In a statement made to police by the wife of Carlos Arroyo, Carlos was jealous

Man Charged with Possession of Computer Pornography Published 08/31/09 Roswell GA-On August 12, employees at a Kroger located at East
Crossville Rd called police to report a suspicious male. The man was seen allegedly urinating in the parking lot and left walking towards
GA Hwy 9. He
was found at a nearby Walgreen’s and is identified as David Michael Keys, 36, of Highland Colony Drive in Roswell. According to a Roswell
police report, after officers made contact with Keys, he presented them with a bundle of paperwork. The papers contained nude photographs
of what appeared to be several females under the age of sixteen. When asked about the pictures, officers reported that Keys told them that
“they were enticing.” Keys also told police that he had taken 12 Dramamine tablets. Keys was taken to a local hospital for treatment
and charged with possession of computer pornography.

Norcross GA man was pumping gas at the 1105 Holcomb Bridge Chevron on June 12th He was approached from behind by two
Hispanic males who forced him into his car at gunpoint. The two men drove the victim to 1329 Aspen Pointe Apartment ( empty vacant apartment)
where he was tied up, beaten, blindfolded and then robbed of his cell phone, money and keys. The victim was able to free himself and run
to a nearby police car with its emergency lights on. The suspects are described as two Hispanic males, both with Michocan Mexican accents. One suspect is around
5’08” tall, 200lbs, wearing and orange collared short sleeved shirt and blue jeans. He had straight black hair and a small
beard on his chin. He
was also left handed. (he carried his gun in his left hand) The second suspect was about 5’08” tall, 200-220lbs, wearing a
white t-shirt, blue jean shorts and dirty tennis shoes. His hair was long and black and he had a 5 o’clock shadow on his face. He also had drops of paint
on his shirt and shoes. The

GA-A Chinese Roswell man, reported to police that he was sexually assaulted at the Bally’s Fitness at 11060
Alpharetta Hwy. While in the dry sauna, another male was also inside. The victim described the man as a white male, 50-60 years of age and around
5’ 03” tall, with a slim build. After about several minutes the suspect allegedly reached over and grabbed the Chinese man’s
penis. The
victim said he punched the man in the face and left the sauna immediately after the incident. After advising the management, they confronted
the suspect. The
suspect identified himself as George Galloway of Atlanta Georgia. Galloway denied being a penis grabber, then left the gym. The victim said he sees
Galloway in the gym on a regular basis and has never had any problems with him until now.

GA-Brian Keith Bennett, 41, and Thomas David Bennett, 39, both of Woodstock, were arrested for a purse snatching
that occurred on April 1st. A woman was pushing a grocery cart to her car when a white sedan pulled up. The driver, Brian Bennett,
allegedly grabbed a purse from the woman’s grocery cart and fled the scene. Both men were later arrested when a witness reported
the crime. The

GA-An employee of Equity Landscaping was mowing the lawns at 11251 Alpharetta Hwy around 9:30 Sunday morning. (Greenhouse
Apartments) He was approached by a black male and a white male. The black male pulled out a revolver and told him to stop mowing. The white male came up
behind him and took his wallet from a back pocket. The robbers took $230.00 from the landscaper and threw his wallet on the ground. The Black male is described
as being 5’07”, 140lbs, with short black hair. The white suspect is 5’07”, 170lbs, with short brown hair and
a goatee.

GA-A resident of 803 Park Ridge Lane, called police after being robbed by two men. The victim told police that he was sitting
on his front porch when two unknown Black males approached him from the side of his building. The men demanded money and one of them
pointed a black handgun. The victim acted as if he was giving his wallet to the robber, at the same time grabbed the gun. The gun fired and a bullet
went through the victim’s front door. The two assailants then ran to the back of the building while yelling “if you call police,
we will come back and kill you!” There are no suspects at this time.

Turns into Armed Robbery 03/06/09 Roswell GA-A Fulton County
schoolteacher and Roswell resident was taking a morning walk on Chattahoochee street. When she was close to 60 King Street,
a Black male came from behind some bushes and demanded money. The suspect acted as if he had a gun in his pocket and took a total of five
dollars from the victim. The suspect is described as a 5’10” to 6” tall Black male. He was wearing a dark colored trench coat
and a dark colored (possibly blue) baseball cap. The suspect also had stubble on his face and spoke with a street style slang.

Extort Local Mexican Restaurant Published 02/02/09

GA- Roswell police received a call on 01/12 from the manager of Monterrey Mexican restaurant located at 2300 Holcomb
Bridge Rd. The restaurant had received a call from a number listed to a Jack Fletcher at (706) 351-7751. The caller asked to talk
to the manager saying he was with Roswell Police. The suspect told the manager that the restaurant needed protection and that he needed
a check for $150.00. The
manager told him to come by the business at 4:40 pm to pick up the check. At 4:40pm, a white male wearing a gray shirt, gray ball cap, blue jeans and
grey hair showed up and asked an employee for 50 dollars. The employee called the manager and the manager told the suspect to wait there,
but the suspect told him that he had to go collect more checks. The real Roswell police are investigating this incident as extortion.
